Nova in the Small Magellanic Cloud (Tucana) discovered by the MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system.
Justification:
Observations of all types (visual, CCD, DSLR, spectroscopy) and all bands as instrumentation permits are strongly encouraged as the nova evolves.
