Rare outburst of the WZ Sge star PQ And (Nova And 1988). Discovered by Kenji Hirosawa (Aichi, Japan). Discovery magnitude: 10.48 cG. Discovery date: 2020 May 28.77633 UT. Coordinates (2000.0): R.A. 02 29 29.55 Decl. +40 02 40.0.

Justification:

PQ And was discovered as Nova And 1988. Now known to be a WZ Sge-type system and may be a period bouncer. Previous outbursts were found in 1938 and 1967. Observations are important to capture superhump development.
