Proposal | I would like to propose that Mira star FY Aql (AAVSO UID 000-BDD-697) be added to the observing queue specifically on AAAVSONet telescope TMO61 to image FY Aql in the B, V, R, and Ic bands. This star has many unanswered questions about it’s behavior: 1. It maybe a part of a binary star system . FY Aql has a close companion/nemisis star that I was developing software to try to help separate out data for FY Aql. I was also trying to refine the period for the star. I have the only values for this star in the AID. The Sequence Team has already developed a large number of comparison stars for me to use with FY Aql images. Having a larger telescope with good arcsec resolution as TMO61 has will be VERY helpful in different facets of my investigation. I think having images from TMO61 would likely result in a small paper! If you need information about reference papers or information from conversations please let me know. Frank Schorr (SFRA) |

I would like check that this proposal was added to telescope TMO61. This is the scope that will give me the resolution that would give me the best results. I haven't seen any images from TMO61 for FY Aql
What I have received are FY Aql images from telescope SRO with this proposal number (192). These have provided me with some data but truthfully they have not been veery helpful.
Again I would just like the check that this proposal was added to telescope TMO61.
Many thanks and thank you for all of your time and work.

Yes, P192 was committed to TMO61 BUT someone had turned it off at the local telescope??? ;-( I turned it on again.
