Proposal | I recently discovered the nova V6595 Sgr. As per Alert Notice 739 requesting CCD photometry for the nova, I propose to use one of the BSM telescopes to acquire BVRI photometry on every clear night until such time is it becomes too faint for the BSM telescopes. This is quite important as due to it's southerly location and lack of CCD photometrists in the southern hemisphere compared to the north, it's believed that this proposal will fill a gap in coverage of the nova as it develops. |
