Proposal | Member Name: David Maynard I have just completed the VPhot Choice Course and this is my first proposal to the Bright Star Monitoring network. NSV 93 is on the Young Stellar Object target list with a variability type of IS. The last CCD V Band measurements were completed by PJEE between 27 Aug 2020 (JD2459088.565296) and 21 Dec 2020 (JD 2459204.6129) PJEE measured a minimum brightness of 12.03 on 14 Nov 2020 and a maximum of 10.94 on 21 Dec 2020. The time between PJEE measurements varied between 1 and 22 days with an average cadence of 11 days. I propose a more frequent cadence of daily measurements for a period of 60 days to determine if their is any period to NSV 93's variability. I intend to submit the transformed time series data to the AAVSO International Database and present the process and results in a talk to my chapter of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada to encourage more interest in the AAVSO Time Interval: Since there is no know period for NSV 93 daily measurements are requested |
