Proposal

In support of Alert 758:(Dr. Anna Pala) 11 dwarf novae being observed by HST in 2021-2022. February's scheduled star is V1239 Her. Request script be setup to start monitoring star daily using FSM. V1239 Her is rising early morning (@ NM lat, long) now. Would like to get an early start on this one. For 61 cm aperture this will require several stacked images (300 sec exposure minimum) to get above the requested S/N of 20. I would estimate 4-6 images with 300 sec exposure would be sufficient. She requests photometry using V filter, nightly leading up to the scheduled HST event and a few times per night the last few days prior to the schedule date. She has been sending an updated Alert # when the scheduled HST date is known. Current Mag of V1239 is 18. Type: UGSU+E

I've provided Ken with a ACP compatible spreadsheet that includes V1239 Her, plus remaining CVs for Alert 758 through Sept, 2022. Hoping this helps the overall effort to support Alert 758.

Hi Ken,

Just emailed you the updated ACP plan .csv file. Next phase of V1239 Her, 3 nightly observations to start. I have not received any images so far of V1239 Her, so not sure if our approach is going to work. I'll keep at it....

From Dr, Anna Pala:
Coverage of V1239 Her is requested to begin now and continue through March 7, 2022. Please observe V1239 Her nightly through February 7, then 3-4 times per night through February 16, then nightly through March 7
