Proposal	Proposer: Dave Hinzel (HDHA) I would like to observe blazar 4C 31.03. Please set up the appropriate telescope(s) with V, R, B, I filters. I would like 2x60 second exposures and 1x120 second exposures for each photometric band if possible. Please start as soon as possible and continue through March 1, 2023. I would like nightly images, weather and telescope availability permitting. Thank you.

(19034) Dave Hinzel — Feb. 25, 2023, 6:07 p.m.: I submitted this proposal on February 12. I didn't realize it would take this long to go thru the process, hence the March 1st cutoff date.. This is my first proposal to AAVSOnet so I wasn't sure how the process worked.
(3663) Dirk Terrell — Feb. 27, 2023, 3:37 p.m.: We lost a few days because I missed an email from Sebastian. But most of us are volunteers and have constraints to work around. I don't see any problem extending the cutoff date.

(19034) Dave Hinzel — Feb. 28, 2023, 5:40 p.m.: Let's try for the above observations thru March 15, 2023. Based upon my simulations with Stellarium, it looks like the observation window is only about 1 hour and rapidly closing. Again, this is my first proposal to AAVSOnet, so this is all a learning experience. Thanks.
