Proposal

I recently discovered a bright suspected nova in Scorpius as reported to TOCP (http://cbat.eps.harvard.edu/unconf/followups/J17224490-4137160.html). It's very important to acquire timely BVIR photometry of novae as they decline, this is evidenced by the many requests by professionals which appear on the various Alert Notices. Therefore I request that the AAVSOnet southern telescopes follow the nova as it fades, starting with one of the BSM scopes when the nova is quite bright. BVIR photometry at a cadence of every clear night until the nova fades from view is requested. All data will be uploaded to the AID and available for the professionals to access. I have separately requested a sequence to be used to assist in the photometry.

Watch as fades and remind of need for longer exposures.

I haven't received any data from this so far, presumably it has not been included in the queue?
