The TAC will decline this proposal for several reasons but encourage you to address some issues and submit a new proposal. First, your proposal did not give us enough information about the target and why you want to observe it. It is a good idea to state, at least briefly, what kind of variable star it is. Remember that it is your responsibility to provide the information that a review committee needs to judge your proposal. After some digging we found out that this is a dwarf nova and you are probably wanting to support Alert Notice 796. If so, you should state that in the proposal. Also, this is a very faint target for the size of the telescopes in AAVSOnet and it is in a crowded field, which will make accurate photometry much more difficult. Is it worth all that observing time and effort? You need to make the case for that. Feel free to contact me by email at terrell@boulder.swri.edu if you would like help writing an improved proposal.
