Eric: AAVSONet proposals generally take 1-2 weeks for final execution. The requirement to help HST by confirming that the target is not in a high state during a short (past) time frame so that they do not overexpose HST is just hard for our system to achieve. The important mandatory dates are already past and only a few days remain overall. This will not be productive data for the HST PI. Such campaigns are useful BUT you need to understand our time limitations and propose earlier if that is even possible (i.e., the campaign is posted early enough). I have not created a plan for our telescopes. You can send me an email (kenmenstar@gmail.com) if you want to discuss this decision of mine?
