An email regarding this proposal said changes were made. The one change I see is to the ra and dec. Would you prefer they be entered H.HH and D.DD as opposed to HH MM SS? I entered them as I did because that was how they appeared in the request for observations (alert notice 838). I am happy to convert in the future if you so wish.
Also, alert notice 838 requests that an SNR ~20.
