Proposal	I come to present this proposal for observation of the star VY SCL, for AAVSO alert 841 collaboration. I request observation in V and B filter, as it is a star with a magnitude of around 18, I believe the exposure time is around 15 x 60sec. or 25 x 30sec. in both filters since its B-V is 0.09. Of course, another opinion regarding exposure time is welcome. I'm still waiting as to whether or not this proposal will be accepted. Yours sincerely! Eric Marques
