Proposal | Dear AAVSONet, as a member of the AAVSO and a member of a team of Bulgarian astronomers, I am asking for your help. As part of a survey for rapid variations in AM Her light curve and orbital period modulations, we ask for at least one all-night time series in V and an exposure of no more than 30 seconds per frame. Amateur and professional astronomers are participating jointly in the survey. The goal is to cover the data with as many such time series as possible, with a duration of at least 4 hours. Nights in summer are short and local conditions prevent achieving this task as we would like. We would be grateful if AAVSONet could help with this task, which has been going on for a year and a half. When we publish the results, we will correctly cite all the sources we have used. I appreciate any help you can provide. Kind regards, |

Committed on NH. One full night. 600x30s exposures. Advise when you get data?

Many thanks! I deeply appreciate the help. This is my first time using AAVSONet and I don't know the procedure afterward. How do I get the files? In VPhot are they obtained or in another way?
Thanks!
Nikola
