Proposal

I am conducting research on photometric transformation methods. Most imaging was completed with my observatory and I need images from another observatory to confirm methodology and results. The images required are for Landolt field SA110. If the selected observatory has a limited FOV, then SA110-SF2 would be preferred. The images requested are for the field though B, V, R, and, I filters in quick secession. The image set should be repeated five times with the field roughly spaced between an airmass of 1.0 and 2.5. All images must be taken on the same side of the meridian on the same night.

In addition, images of at least thirty other Landolt stars through B, V, R, and I filters between an airmass of 2.5 and 1.0 from the same observatory are required, however they do not need to be obtained on the same night. I can designate the fields when I know the FOV of the observatory or, the fields can be at the operator’s discretion.

FOV~1 degree. (90' x 60') on BSM telescopes. Check the AAVSONet web page. Could use north or south hemisphere scopes. Provide your choice?

Please use Northern hemisphere scope due to SA35's DEC.

Committed to NH. I think this will be a challenge for ACP Scheduler along with the other plans in the queue? Time will tell how many images you get in the desired hour angle intervals?

SA110 is the only target that needs the exposures at the requested hour angles. SA35, SA114, and SA113 can be taken at any airmass <2.5 and do not need to be acquired on the same night.

Done.

Is it possible to get information regarding he calibration frames for this set of observations? For instance, when were the darks, flats, and bias frames taken? Were the flats sky flats or dome flats? Were the calibration frames scaled, or the same time and temperature of the light images? Finally, is it possible to get the flat field images used to calibrate the images?
