Proposal | I've been observing these YSOs for two years, and would like to obtain low-resolution spectra on them, with the intention of submitting them to the database. A single spectra, taken of each at any time would be appreciated, along with single images of the star through UBVRI filters at the same time as the spectra. The photometric images would also be submitted to the database to record the star's magnitude at the time the spectra was obtained. In short, just a spectra and five photometric images of each target once, at the schedule's discretion. |

If this proposal is accepted, I intend to submit the same proposal for sixteen other YSOs in my program.
Thanks for your consideration.

John, instead of submitting 16 proposals, you can just submit multiple targets in one proposal. You should be able to just edit this one and add targets by clicking the "Add Another" link at the bottom of the targets section.

Thanks- I’ll be submitting the next with 15 stars.
I’m still new at AAVSOnet and Vphot, just trying to take things one step at a time.

John:
We can try spectrum but I think star is too faint. Will take long exposure and tracking may not be great for spectra!

Thanks for getting these images. Unfortunately, the spectra seem too faint to measure. It would take at least a ten to fifteen minute guided exposure, probably not within the capabilities of these instruments. The remaining stars are as faint or fainter than this one, so let’s close out this project.
I have been putting a slitless spectroscopic rig together slowly over the last year, and hope to get my first long guided exposures this fall. I was hoping this would be a good short-term solution.
Thanks again for at least letting me take a test ride!
