Proposal | TCP J17064645-3528079 is a newly discovered transient. I co-discovered this along with Koichi Itagaki. It may be a galactic nova. I propose to follow this in BVRI filters as it brightens and fades. Cadence would be every clear night. This will support AAVSO's nova program and likely alert that may be issued shortly. |
