Proposal	From Observing campaign 890. Observe TCP J18022164-3310319, a new nova, in BVRI. Use both a BSM and FSM scopes.BSM needed immediately, FSM as it grows fainter, but can start now. I'll set check and comp stars Please use appropriate exposures on BSM to get down to 13mag with SNR near 100 Please use appropriate exposures on FSM to achieve 16 mag or lower with SNR100 Observe through 12/30/25 Please begin observations ASAP.
