Abstract

(Abstract only) The IUE database is used to study the UV luminosity of the cataclysmic variables Z Cam, RX And, and HL CMa. In order to find different activity stages, AAVSO observations are used. We present the results from analysis of spectra and discuss them in the context of system parameters.
