Probable nova in Sagittarius AND Special multiwavelength monitoring of 0201+14 TT Arietis
Active Dates: Aug. 1, 1991 – Aug. 2, 1991
Abstract:
The Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams informs that a probable nova in Sagittarius was discovered by P. Camilleri. The nova is fading quickly with observations reported by multiple astronomers. Additionally, coordinated multiwavelength observing of TT Ari on August 1-2 is conducted, with detailed reporting requested.
Justification:
Observation of a probable nova in Sagittarius to monitor its fading over time. Multiwavelength monitoring of TT Ari on August 1-2 to gather detailed observational data.
Requested Data Types:
Photometry
