Abstract:
The Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams has informed us of the photographic discovery of a nova in Puppis by Paul Camilleri, Cobram, Victoria, Australia, on 1991 December 27.51 UT at magnitude 6.4.
Justification:
Observations are needed for tracking the variability and behavior of the nova.
