Request to monitor cataclysmic variables during ORFEUS mission

Active Dates: July 7, 1993 – July 31, 1993

Abstract:

Observation of cataclysmic variables: dwarf novae (DN) and magnetic novalike (NL) variables during ORFEUS Mission with an interest in monitoring outbursts and brightness states.

Justification:

To understand the evolution and interaction of stars with the interstellar medium during the ORFEUS Mission. Special interest in outbursts and different states of the variables.

Requested Data Types:

Photometry
