Abstract:
This observing campaign provides updates on NASA's Space Shuttle Discovery launch for the ORFEUS mission and requests for continued monitoring of various variable stars including VW Hyi, SS Cyg, AM Her, RY Sgr, and V348 Sgr.
Justification:
The observations are required to support the ORFEUS mission and to provide data for scheduling observations with the Extreme Ultraviolet Explorer (EUVE) and Hubble Space Telescope (HST) for various variable stars.
