Abstract:
Reports the discovery and subsequent observations of an apparent nova in Ophiuchus, an outburst of the dwarf nova TV Corvi, and a bright outburst of UV Persei.
Justification:
To document recent nova and outburst events, and to encourage observation and reporting by the astronomical community.
