Active Dates: Jan. 27, 1995 – Jan. 30, 1995
Abstract:
Discovery of nova in Circinus by William Liller using PROBLICOM search method. Initial photovisual magnitude 7.2 on January 27, 1995 UT. No object down to magnitude 12.0 on January 12, 1995 UT. Confirmation by spectroscopic observations from S. Benetti and E. Cappellaro.
Justification:
Discovery and monitoring of nova outburst in Circinus for astronomical study and community information.
