Alert Notice 203: 0527-70 Nova in the Large Magellanic Cloud (N LMC 95) AND Astro-2 cataclysmic variables
Abstract:
William Liller, Vina del Mar, Chile, discovered a nova in the Large Magellanic Cloud on March 2.11 UT during a PROBLICOM survey. The nova was found at magnitude 10.7 using Kodak TP film and was also seen at magnitude 12.6 on February 25.146. No image is visible down to magnitude 14 on a photograph taken on February 17.
Justification:
Report your observations to AAVSO Headquarters so the information can be shared with the astronomical community.
