Request to monitor 0409-71 VW Hydri AND Request to monitor 2138+43 SS Cygni

Abstract:
Astronomers at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory have requested the help of our southern hemisphere observers during the forthcoming observing run of VW Hyi with the EUVE, Voyager, and ALEXIS satellites between June 23 and July 14. They are interested to monitor VW Hyi with these satellites if it goes into outburst.
Justification:
They are interested to monitor VW Hyi with these satellites if it goes into outburst and monitor SS Cyg with the IUE when it is undergoing an anomalous outburst.
