REQUEST TO MONITOR 1804+67 HS 1804+6753 FOR OBSERVATIONS WITH HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE

Abstract:
Astronomers request assistance in observing the eclipsing dwarf nova type cataclysmic variable HS 1804+6753 with the Hubble Space Telescope for high time-resolution ultraviolet spectra.
Justification:
Observing window will include two eclipses, and full coverage of an eclipse is required to extend the wavelength range from space ultraviolet to infrared, allowing determination of luminosities and temperatures of the different components of the binary system.
