1415-68 Nova Circini 1999
Abstract:
William Liller discovered a nova in Circinus using the PROBLICOM method. The nova was first observed on August 23, 1999 at a magnitude of 7.7. Follow-up observations and spectra confirm the nova's characteristics, suggesting an outburst occurred shortly before discovery.
Justification:
To monitor the development and characteristics of the nova in Circinus, discovered by William Liller.
