Abstract:

Possible nova in Sagittarius as reported by Hideo Nishimura from Japan and William Liller from Chile. Discovery magnitudes of 9.4 and 8.2 respectively, with positions and magnitude histories provided by Nishimura, Liller, and Doug West.

Justification:

Monitoring and studying the evolution of the possible nova in Sagittarius, as discovered independently by Hideo Nishimura and William Liller.
