Abstract:
A nova was discovered independently by John Seach and Yuji Nakamura in Scorpius. Spectra suggest it is a highly reddened Fe II-type classical nova, and it has been confirmed as a young galactic nova.
Justification:
To study the characteristics and evolution of this newly discovered nova.
