Discovered by Tadashi Kojima (Tsumagoi, Agatsuma-gun, Gunma-ken, Japan) on July 16, 2012, Nova Sagittarii 2012 No. 5 is a classical nova and a Fe II-type nova.
Justification:
Spectra and photometric observations to gather information and confirm the nature of the nova as classical and Fe II-type.
