Supernova 2013dy in NGC 7250, also known as PSN J22181760+4034096, was independently discovered by the Lick Observatory Supernova Search and Kuniaki Goto.

Justification:

Observations needed at all wavelengths as requested by J. Ryan for HST UV spectra study.
