AR Sco observing campaign

Abstract:
Dr. Thomas Marsh (University of Warwick) and colleagues have requested AAVSO coverage of the intriguing binary AR Sco in support of upcoming Newton-XMM observations.
Justification:
Coverage is required immediately before, after, and during the XMM observations scheduled for September 10-11, 2016 to establish a good baseline. Observers: due to the 2-minute period and harmonic, a cadence of <29 seconds is ideal.
