Gaia16aye microlensing event monitoring

Active Dates: Sept. 20, 2016 – Oct. 31, 2016

Abstract:

Monitoring the ongoing microlensing event Gaia16aye to catch transient behavior and generate a well-sampled lightcurve during caustic crossings.

Justification:

A well-sampled lightcurve is needed to constrain geometry and some physical parameters of the lens and the lensed star.
