Nova in Ophiuchus discovered by Hideo Nishimura, Tadashi Kojima, Koichi Nishiyama, and Fujio Kabashima. Observations of all types were encouraged to study the nova as it evolves.
Justification:
Monitoring color changes and nova evolution through multi-band and multi-type observations.
