Nova outburst of V392 Per = TCP J04432130+4721280

Abstract:
A nova outburst has been detected in V392 Per by Yuji Nakamura, with spectroscopic confirmation from several sources indicating a classical nova. Multi-band photometry and spectroscopy observations are encouraged.
Justification:
V392 Per has not returned to its pre-outburst magnitude. Continued observations are necessary to monitor its behavior and fading process.
