Abstract:
Observations of all types (visual, CCD, DSLR, spectroscopy) and multiple bands as instrumentation permits are strongly encouraged as the nova evolves.
Justification:
Observation of this newly identified Galactic classical nova as it evolves to understand its properties and behavior.
